Version 13 adds a section on the role and organisation of guilds in cities, and a stat block for an NPC Arcane Smith in the Forgers encounter. It also adds an idea (not fully fleshed out yet) for an encounter involving oozes in sewers ("The Great Stink") plus some ooze stat blocks.
